Florida Law FirmExcellence Network
Screening & Approval Process
Lawyer Sphere uses a rigorous screening process when a law firm applies to join our Excellence Network and, if it is accepted, it is reviewed yearly or whenever a concern from a client is brought to our attention. If you have concerns that a member of our network doesn't meet our quality standards, please send us a message so we can investigate. We are committed to help you navigate the complex legal network and simplify your search for great legal advice. Our goal is to maintain a network of great law firms that focus on world-class service to clients, and those who don't meet our criteria will be rejected or promptly removed from our network.
Disciplinary Background Verification
We review all disciplinary measures imposed against errant attorneys for the last 10 years by the Florida Bar Association, which regulates the legal profession’s ethical conduct in the State of Florida.
We verify that all attorneys linked to the law firm are in fact registered attorneys, and are properly reporting their legal professional status in their Lawyer Sphere profile.
We require, and verify, that the exact law firm's name as shown in Lawyer Sphere is registered as a valid legal entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company, and we confirm that the company is in good standing in the state of Florida.
All attorneys linked to the firm are required to confirm their identity. We require successful verification using the individual’s personal contact information available in public records.
Profile Quality Check
We require a high standard of quality for the information provided by each attorney in their profiles, including a recognizable photo, a complete listing of their practice areas, and an up-to-date bio.
Service Excellence Screening
We evaluate the responsiveness from the law firm by contacting them directly, using different types of contact information available.
Membership to the Lawyer Sphere’s Excellence Network cannot be bought, it must be earned by satisfying the screening process, which applies to all law firms, regardless of firm size.
